The staff were so friendly, offered us coffee and tea, showed us around, and let us play with their fabrics, decor, and tables to make our tablescape design come to life. River City Events were wonderful to work with. Everything went smoothly. Two of our daughters married this summer, and we used this company both times. They have a wonderful showroom and help is always available. We live 2.5 hours from Edmonton, and they accommodated an earlier pick-up without any stress. We used River City Events for the tent, table, chair, bar, podium, and pipe and drape rentals for our wedding. We were absolutely blown away by the level of continuously exceptional customer service we received as we went through the planning stages over the past several months. In particular, the numerous last-minute changes we had right at the end due to trying to plan the wedding from another city with the weather forecast changing every other day... they just continued to be helpful, patient, and polite. Everything turned out perfectly, and we absolutely could not have done it without them. They turned my husband's late grandparents' airplane hangar, very near and dear to our hearts, into our perfect wedding venue. Big shout out to Meganne and the delivery/set up crew for their great efforts and working with us every step of the way.
