I had the opportunity to work alongside the team from River City Events yesterday at the University of Alberta Botanic Garden for a client's beautiful Ruby Anniversary celebration, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize them. As a fellow event vendor, you notice the things guests don't always get to see and I was incredibly impressed. From the moment they arrived, their team was focused on making sure every detail was exactly how the client wanted it. They were professional, organized and clearly committed to making the celebration look absolutely beautiful. But what impressed me just as much was how they treated the other vendors working on site. They were courteous, accommodating and respectful of everyone's space and needs. When you're working an event with multiple vendors all trying to set up within the same timeframe, that kind of cooperation makes such a difference. And the quality of their rentals and décor was absolutely incredible. Everything looked beautiful and elevated the entire setting. There is something special about working alongside companies that understand we're all ultimately there for the same reason: to give the client and their guests an incredible experience. River City Events certainly did that. Beautiful products, wonderful service and an absolute pleasure to work alongside. I would happily recommend them and hope our paths cross at many more events!

Ashton and his team were fantastic handling the deliver, setup, and teardown and taking extra care when moving the large items down hallways and around doorways. Everyone we've spoken with has been informative, kind, and professional. We have collected quotes a few times, which are always sent promptly. We utilized River City Events for a dancefloor rental which included delivery, set up and take down. Their prices are very reasonable. They were extra accommodating to us by offering pick up during the weekday for no extra cost, which allowed us to truly enjoy our event knowing we didn't have to rush back to the office to allow access for the pick up on a Saturday. Thank you to Maranda and Kayla for all your help setting up this rental. We highly recommend River City Events after our experience.

We recently rented chairs, tables, and drapes from River City Events for our first fight card at South Side Legion Boxing Club, and the experience was fantastic. We were initially nervous, as rentals were a big part of our event expenses, but working with Laura made everything smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly attentive, quick to respond, and always accommodating to our needs. She made us feel like our event was important to her. The delivery team was just as impressive; on time, professional, and communicative. They even handled a last-minute challenge like pros when our overhead door froze shut, seamlessly adjusting to bring everything in through the man door. Pickup was just as smooth, and everything arrived exactly as expected. We highly recommend giving them a call for your event rentals—you won’t be disappointed!

Easy to schedule online. The directions for pick up and drop off were clear. Everything was clean and in good shape. Drop off and pickup were easy and quick. Exactly what I needed.

Every person I coordinate with is just so lovely, professional, timely, and kind. We could not do what we do here at The Parlour without you. For this, you have my many many thanks! I wanted to give Matt the biggest kudos. He always performs deliveries and pick ups with a big smile on his face and is so considerate. Just now he was so accommodating with picking up the rentals from our main floor private room instead of the back area. He offered to do the same for this week’s order due to the cold. Talk about customer service! To top it all off, I saw him get back out in the cold and close our front gates on the way out, truly above and beyond the call of duty and the complete opposite the mentality these days of just doing the bare minimum job. Something that is so rare and refreshing and needs to be commended! The training, culture, and people you have at RCE is top notch and I just cannot give you all enough praise.
